These terms govern use of the online AI workspace, subscriptions and usage credits.

1. Service
Ltplumb Utility Log is an online-only digital SaaS product operated by LT PLUMBING, LLC. We do not sell physical goods, ship products, provide repairs, dispatch contractors or offer on-site services.
2. AI output boundary
AI outputs are household record and quote-prep drafts only. They are not repair advice, inspection, installation, safety certification, emergency service, or a substitute for licensed professionals.
3. User responsibility
You must review all output for accuracy and contact qualified local professionals for actual inspection, repair, installation, code compliance or emergency matters.
4. Pricing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in USD and renew monthly until cancelled. Credits may be used for AI drafts, exports and saved workspace actions.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including restrictions on hazardous repair steps and sensitive data.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
