Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This policy describes how Ltplumb Utility Log may be used. It is specific to this tool — a record-keeping and quote-prep workspace — and applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
Intended use
The workspace is for creating personal household maintenance records, questions to ask a licensed professional, and photo checklists. It is an organisational and note-preparation aid only.
You must not use the workspace to
- Generate or request operating or repair steps for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, or pressurised (water/heating) systems.
- Treat any output as a safety certification, inspection or test report, insurance claim, construction or method statement, or emergency service.
- Substitute the workspace for advice from a licensed, insured professional, or to avoid contacting one when work is needed.
- Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or upload payment card numbers, government IDs, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Your responsibility
You must contact a local, licensed professional to confirm the actual condition of your property and how to address it. Outputs are starting points for that conversation — nothing more. You remain responsible for how you use them.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. If you are unsure whether a use is acceptable, ask us first at support@ltplumb.shop.
