Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ltplumb Utility Log is an online-only digital subscription billed in US dollars (USD). This policy explains cancellations, refunds and billing errors. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your payment method is charged on your billing date for the upcoming month of access and credits.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account area or by emailing support.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; you keep access and any remaining credits for that period.
- At the end of the period you move to the free Draft plan; you are not charged again.
Refunds
- Because access and credits are made available immediately, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Credits already used are non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or experienced a billing fault, contact us within 30 days and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
How to request
Email support@ltplumb.shop from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
