Subscriptions

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Credits

Used credits are not refundable because they represent completed AI generation, export or saved workspace actions.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@ltplumb.shop with the invoice date, amount and account email. Valid billing errors are refunded to the original payment method in USD.

No returns

There are no physical products to return and no shipping charges to refund.
