Information we collect

- Workspace inputs, visible issue descriptions and generated draft records.
- Billing status, subscription plan, invoices and credit ledger events.
- Technical data needed for security, abuse prevention and service reliability.
AI providers
User inputs may be sent to AI infrastructure to generate drafts. Do not upload passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, door codes or other sensitive credentials.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. We do not store full payment card numbers. We store only the limited billing records needed for subscriptions, refunds, credits and accounting.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, security or accounting reasons.
